We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that all of our products are made to order, so production times may vary. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. We only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please provide photographic evidence of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We are not responsible for any errors made during the ordering process, such as incorrect shipping addresses or incorrect product selection.

I'll level with you beyond the legal talk. I put a (compared to other similar businesses') small markup on all my items, I want you to be able to get something nice for a good price, this means that I have very little wiggle room for making any money . If I'm super generous with returns I would likely break even at this point. So until this makes an amount of money that it would be profitable while being generous I can only afford to refund orders where something went wrong on our end. Hopefully one day I can do returns for incorrect sizes or a change of mind, but until then, unless its manufactured poorly or incorrectly I can't give you your money back. I am sorry.
